i'm a social leper!

Anyone would think i had the damn plague not swine flu! Obviously i am not at work or the zoo but no one wants me or are coming round to see us, grandad going out has been cancelled! You could get it going to the shop its all far too dramatic and OTT for me stupid media hyping it up so much. sigh im bored.

I receievd some post this morning saying i need to vacinate my rabbits. can you guess how many rabbits i have? I know it is automatic but do i need this amount? I will be calling on charlene again to borrow a carrier as i only have 2 an need 3 unless i want to mak 2 trips, no thanks!



Most of my buttons are here, just a few left to go and i can start making. idnt realie had quite so many, the picture shows just a few. My faves have to be the ones my pal Dianne got my over a diannes die cuts she managed to find me some massive white ones. i lvoe them and might keep them all for me hehe.



Prince has gone down a little bit but mum ont admit it, we all know it though. We took him on a trip to yarmouth as a treat and he had 2 icelollys. he loved it. He gets so much attetion when he goes out cos he is so cute. He is a dog withsuper bad balance and he can not sit properlly in the car so he always sits across someones lap and we need to hold him steady as he falls. Of course i had to take some pictures of that to share as well.

so long!

omgosh it has been so long since i have posted! oopsie. the sad thing is i dont really have much news to share. I had a good day out in cromer with charlene. Hvae not been there for soooo long. Had chips from the famous mary janes but could not see what all the fuss was about tbh, maybe becuse we had to queue for so long. We did however find the most amaxig icecream stall, they had so much chocie inclusing 9 flavours of mr whippy! We both had butter peacan my whippy dipped in chocolate soooooo yum. We went searching for crabs as well but we did not find any cos we were rubbish so i took a photo of a random little boys bucket. hehe.

I have started on a mini book with all my pictures for my little yarmouth in it. It is comign along ok but i just want to get it done.

Have been to the torture chamber, sorry i mean the dentist twice, including today. i am sure i can hear them still laughing and they wondered why i kept canceling my appt. At least i kept them all amused i suppose. treated myself to lots of sweets after hahaaha.

All the bits for my button jewellery has started to arrive so hopefully i will have some more to show soon.

Got another 'vote for me' leaflet in the post and the second sentance was about the fininacial crisis but with every full colour glossy leaflet put through the door was a dvd! not too bothered about finiancial crisis i see then... that is 5 dvds just for those who live in my house all sttaight in the bin.

Am thinking of selling the button necklaces i make at a local craft fair that my mum is organising to make funds for my graduation holiday. what do you think?

butterflies and buttons

Had a great day at the zoo again last friday. remembered to take my camera with me but the weather was not so good so did not get any good pictures, except from a butterfly who landed right next to me! Still not been able to practice my face painting skills though but it is summer holidays now so things should get busy! Am terrified of painting my first face though!

Prince is still doing ok, every gag or tummy rumble everyone runs to see if he is ill! we are all on edge. Mum is slowly getting better as well so thats good. Went to see the proposal today at the cinema and it was great! I thouroughly recommend it

dunlem mill

We went to dunlem mill this morning, it was very busy. It was a good store kind of like the range. The craft department is very small but has some ok stuff in it, handy being clsoe when i run out of basics but hopefuly it will expand. I filled in a comment card saying they needed more craft stuff as i know lots of people did. The crfat section was quite busy when i was there.

I found some eally nice button jewellery online and a tutorial on another site so i am gonna give it a go..... maybe on saturday when i am work.Last time i tried with no tutorial i failed miserably so fingers crossed.

I also did a page for my disney album with the tigers in the pool.

stuff

Was there something on in Norwich today? At work and in chapelfield car park it has never been so busy on a wednesday afternoon! I had trouble parking and let out every wheelchair, some of them twice!

I have almost finished my york scrapbook so i thought i would add a few more pictures to share. I hope to finish it tomorrow. Maybe with crafting stuff from Dunlem mill lol. I do hope they have a craft department.

Of course i could not finish the post with some pictures of my poor princey as well. I have taken quite a few recently as im sure you can imagine.

I forgot...

In my last post i forgot to say that my mum was poorly. her back is gone and she can barely move so i hope she gets better soon.

In other news there is a new shop openng near us thursday and some of its other branches have craft departments.. please please please lol.

Prince has a vets appt in 45 minutes. fingers crossed...

edited to add: hes home woop. he has used 8 3/4 of his 9 live sbut he is ack but it was a very close call, again! I did bribe the vet lol by reminding him that we are his best customers lol. it was close but am soooo relieved i almost cried!

face painting

i have been facepainting recently in prerperation for the zoo! I will be face painting all the children when they come to the zoo so was sent home with some to practice on and here are some of my guniea pigs hehehe. I have been having such a good time at the zoo i even have a radio now woop. hopefully i will get my uniform on friday to show you.







my tortoises had a healthc heck the opther day and they passed with flying colours. The nurse was shocked at how feiendly they were and said she had not seen such nice shells in a long while. However just another blot on the stupid store we got them from (NEVER go there! the one in sprowston) they are different breeds! One is hermans and one is east hermans. we always wondered there shells were so different and such different sizes. I am quite disgusted with them. After everything how they can still exsist as a store dont know they are useless! Grrrr

holiday

i am back from holiday. i had a great time but am so tired. the caravan itself was a dive! it was relatively clean but there was such a bad stamp smell and nothing in bathroom worked properlly so shoering was interesting! We did not complain as we did not want to move caravans if they coud fix it as we had a brill location. close but not too close and at the back so we were overlooked and squished in and had loads of space to play. We did loads of ativities like swimming, splash pool, olympics, beach, teddy bears picnic, at the evening netertainment form 6 - 11 so we were constantly go and I can not get the r and b song out of head! Some pictures below.





I have also done a few pages in my york book which i has to show here. although it is 8 by 8 so not that small it is small for me as i can not do small lol so it is hard but it is coming on good, well i think so!

stamps and tortoises

i have been busy printing my pictures from york and getting to ready to make a mini album with them which is unusual as i dont normally do mini books. i hope to get started tonight. I have recieved some new tilda stamps as well which i have made 2 basic cards with. but i am now soooo broke i must not buy anything else, and i mean it....



i also have some pictures of my tortoises to show you from today when they were outside sunning themselves. The girl is a litle git as my phone fell out of my pocket and she crawled on it and did a poop! was soooo n0t pleased. the girl is the big lady.



prince is still doing ok about the same but the vets have said there is nothing they can do for him now as he has so many things wrong. his current conditions are under control so they do not know why he has lost weight again and why he is getting sores. He may last as he is for months or it may only be weeks depending on how he progresses but at the moment he is happy enough to continue.

i am also goign away again this weekend on a caravn break at the ebach in yamouth.... shoudl be interesting but i am looking forward to relaxing
